Keith Boulton

Keith joined OE in September 2025 as President and CEO. 

Keith has been in the energy sector for over 30 years and has held various positions within the company in the areas of Sales and Marketing, unregulated retail, Demand Side Management, Communications, Brand Management and Operations. 

Keith has spent several years working alongside the executive management team at Enbridge Gas Inc, helping shape business strategies and communications. Most of his career has been spent in the Greater Toronto area, but Keith did start his career in Chatham, Ontario (with Union Gas) and has spent 10 years working in Hamilton in various roles.   

In 1992 Keith earned his degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and in 2005 a Master of Business Administration from the University of Edinburgh in the UK.

Keith lives in Whitby with his wife Tami and has two adult children, Sasha (Andrew) and Jacob (Mat), and four grandchildren Klara, Jaxson, Adelyn and Sammy.
