We have an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment.  


The Inside Sales Coordinator  will collaborate closely with the sales team to provide administrative support, maintain accurate Customer data and information, and assist and contribute to achieving sales targets.  This is a crucial role in driving sales growth. 


You will be the pivotal point of contact, enhancing Customer engagement and ensuring seamless communication between the Sales team and Customers to optimize conversion rates and maintain high levels of Customer satisfaction.



job requirements



• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the hydro-vac, construction, or related industries.

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract.

• Proficiency in using CRM, ERP, and MS Office Suite. Experience with other sales and marketing software would be a plus.

• Proven track record in sales: ability to set and exceed sales targets, generate leads, negotiate contracts, close deals effectively, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

• Demonstrated skills in identifying and converting opportunities to sales. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Exceptional Customer service skills.

• Ability to work well with internal teams, and external stakeholders

• Comfortable with change and ambiguity, with the ability to quickly adjust to changing market conditions or Customer needs.

• High level of initiative. Should be able to work independently and be resilient in the face of obstacles and challenges.

• Will be required to wear PPE (Hard hat, safety shoes, safety glasses) at job sites

• Manual dexterity is required to use a computer.

• Willing to travel regularly.

• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

• Overtime as required.

KEY Responsibilities


• Receive, qualify, and process incoming sales leads accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete to dispatch applicable services or hand over to the respective RBU Manager.

• Update and maintain the CRM by entering new Customer information, updating contact details, and recording interactions and sales activities. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

• Act as the primary contact point with municipal bodies, utility companies, and other regulatory authorities. Facilitate communication and negotiations to obtain necessary approvals, ensuring compliance with all local, provincial, and federal regulations.

• Work with Customers and Operations by arranging, procuring, and managing locates, road and other permits, traffic control, and paid-duty-officers under site work plans as required.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies during the sales process, including documentation, contract management, and Customer satisfaction initiatives.

• Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities to the CSO.
