On September 15, 2025, I will officially retire as President & CEO of OE Utility Services, after eleven fulfilling years in this role. It has truly been the privilege of a lifetime to help shape OE into the company we are today — grounded in partnership, service, innovation excellence, and doing what’s right for our customers.

I’m incredibly proud of the work we’ve done together and the mutually rewarding relationships we’ve built along the way.

As I am preparing to transition my role, I’m pleased to introduce Keith Boulton, who officially joined OE on August 6, 2025. Keith brings fresh energy and a strong commitment to the values that matter most to us and to you.

I have full confidence in Keith and the entire OE team as they guide the company into its next chapter. You can expect to hear from Keith over the coming months as he fully transitions into his new role.

This leadership transition has been thoughtfully planned. You can be assured that you will continue to receive the same reliable service you’ve come to expect from us. Our team remains committed to the partnerships we’ve built and to delivering exceptional results for our customers every day.
