Accessibility

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) is intended to identify, remove, and prevent barriers for people with disabilities. Enacted in 2005, the AODA applies to all levels of government, non-profit organizations, and private-sector businesses in Ontario with one or more employees.

OE Utility Services is committed to providing a barrier-free environment for our employees, customers, and stakeholders. We support the principles and requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, and strive to meet or exceed applicable accessibility standards.

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our services and facilities. Feedback can be provided by individuals with disabilities or on their behalf.

Upon request, OE Utility Services will provide or arrange for accessible formats and communication supports to ensure information is available in a manner that meets individual accessibility needs.

If you have questions, require accessible formats, or wish to provide feedback regarding accessibility, please contact us:
